Go to the vendor signup page and fill out the application form with your business details.

Add Products to Your Store

Once your account is verified, you can start adding products to your store through the vendor dashboard.

Product Information Required

  • Product name and detailed description
  • High-quality product images (automatically optimized)
  • Price in Leones (Le)
  • Product category
  • Stock quantity (inventory tracking)
  • Product variants (optional: size, color, etc.)

Upload clear, well-lit photos of your products:

  • Use high-quality images (JPEG, PNG, or WebP)
  • Images are automatically optimized for fast loading
  • iPhone photos (HEIC) automatically converted
  • Multiple images per product supported
  • Show product from different angles

Inventory Management

Keep track of your stock levels. OrderGo automatically updates inventory when items are sold and alerts you when stock is low.

Product Variants

If you sell items in different sizes, colors, or specifications, you can create variants with different prices and stock levels for each option.

Order Processing Workflow

When customers place orders, you'll receive instant notifications. Here's how to manage them effectively:

1. Receive Order Notification

You'll receive instant notifications when new orders come in. Check your vendor dashboard to view order details.

2. Confirm the Order

Review the order and confirm you can fulfill it:

  • Check product availability
  • Verify customer details
  • Confirm delivery address
  • Update order status to "Confirmed"

3. Prepare the Order

Once confirmed, prepare the items for delivery:

  • Pack items securely
  • Update status to "Processing"
  • Mark as "Ready for Pickup/Shipping" when done

4. Handoff to Delivery Agent

OrderGo's delivery agents will pick up the package and deliver it to the customer. You can track the delivery status in real-time.
