The OrderGo Lifecycle
From click to delivery - here's how your order moves through our system
1. Browse & Order
Browse products from local vendors, add to cart, and place your order with your preferred payment method.
2. Payment Secured
OrderGo securely holds your payment while your order is being prepared and delivered.
3. Seller Prepares
The seller receives your order, prepares it, and marks it ready for pickup. The seller selects a preferred delivery agent (or uses the default agent).
4. Delivery
A delivery agent picks up and delivers your order to your doorstep. Track it in real-time!
5. Confirmation & Protection
You confirm receipt and enjoy a 24-hour buyer protection period to inspect your item. After 24 hours with no issues, funds are released to the seller.

See something you like? Add it to your shopping cart. You can add items from multiple different sellers in the same cart.
Checkout Securely
When you're ready, proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment method:
- Orange Money (1% transaction fee)
- AfriMoney (1% transaction fee)
- Credit/Debit Cards (2.5% transaction fee)
Track Your Order
Once your order is placed, track its status in real-time from your account dashboard. See when the seller prepares it, when a delivery agent picks it up, and when it's on its way to you.
Receive & Confirm
When your order arrives, confirm its receipt in the app. This starts your 24-hour buyer protection window.

Your trust is our top priority. We hold your payment securely until you are satisfied with your order.
The 24-Hour Protection Period
From the moment you confirm delivery, a 24-hour countdown begins. This is your window to inspect the item and ensure it meets your expectations.
All Good? No action needed! After 24 hours, we automatically release the payment to the seller.
Something Wrong? Raise a dispute within 24 hours. Our support team will mediate to find a fair solution (return, exchange, or refund).
For Sellers/Vendors

Get instant notifications when customers place orders for your products.
✅ Accept & Prepare
Accept orders and prepare them for pickup. Choose your preferred delivery agent for all products or assign agents per-product. If no agent is chosen, a default agent will be assigned.
🤝 Handover
A delivery agent will collect the package. Simply hand it over and confirm the pickup.
💰 Get Paid
After delivery confirmation and the 24-hour protection period, payment is automatically transferred to your account.
For Delivery Agents
Earn money on your schedule by connecting sellers with buyers.
Get Assigned
Sellers select you as their preferred delivery agent, or you're assigned as the default agent for orders in your area.
Receive Notification
When the seller marks the order as "Ready for Pickup," you'll receive a notification to collect the package.
Pick Up & Deliver
Go to the seller's location, pick up the package, and deliver it to the customer's address.
Confirm & Get Paid
Once you hand over the package and the customer confirms receipt, your delivery fee is automatically processed.
