From click to delivery - here's how your order moves through our system

    Browse & Order

    Browse products from local vendors, add to cart, and place your order with your preferred payment method.

    Payment Secured

    OrderGo securely holds your payment while your order is being prepared and delivered.
  3. 3

    Seller Prepares

    The seller receives your order, prepares it, and marks it ready for pickup. The seller selects a preferred delivery agent (or uses the default agent).

    Delivery

    A delivery agent picks up and delivers your order to your doorstep. Track it in real-time!
  5. 5

    Delivery & Protection

    Once your order is delivered, you have a 24-hour buyer protection period to inspect your item. After 24 hours with no issues, funds are released to the seller.

Track Your Order

Once your order is placed, track its status in real-time from your account dashboard. See when the seller prepares it, when a delivery agent picks it up, and when it's on its way to you.

Receive & Check

When your order arrives, it is marked delivered in the app (for pickup orders, you confirm collection). This starts your 24-hour buyer protection window.

    Go to the seller's location, pick up the package, and deliver it to the customer's address.

    Deliver & Get Paid

    Once you hand over the package and the order is marked delivered, your delivery fee is automatically processed.
